In 2016, Dexter Culbreath, INgage Ideator, noticed how shocked people reacted when he showed deeply genuine interest in them. They remarked that such a sincere approach, without wanting something in return, was unheard of. INgage exists so such intentional engagement becomes commonplace and often heard of. Now, INgage has blossomed into a community of people wanting to nurture this culture.
Connecting Since 2012
Before INgage was a brand, it was a lifestyle. Dexter was raised in North Decatur, GA in a unique community, where everyone knew and cared for each other. Such a culture was infused into his DNA, and he carries it with him throughout life. After vast amounts of encounters, in life and leadership, he honed in on specific techniques that helped relationships thrive.
In 2012, the techniques really began to shine in ministry. As a pastor, Dexter was able to invest in families – teaching parents and kids the techniques needed to flourish. Over time, the techniques were proven to be successful for business leaders and even strangers. So, what began as a successful strategy for families to better connect has become a brand and resource for everyone.
